I have been wearing every since 3rd grade. Now I'm a 68 year old grandma. This appointment 12/16/2024 was the most enjoy visit to a eye doctor I have ever had. First your staff is very professional, courteous, knowledgeable employees. It started with your front desk staff, than Asia, Dr. Eric Williams, Kallen and Chris. They were all so had so much patience with me. Thank you so much.

I was told I should have brought my own contact case and solution. No one told me this before the appointment. I also was told I should not have worn contacts for at least 2 hours before the appointment. Never heard of this before. After my eye exam by the doctor, I was dropped off without my contacts in to someone who could help me order contacts. This was tricky because I really can’t see when my contacts are not in my eyes. I then paid $84 for a one month trial of contacts. They were unable to tell me what the price would be for an annual supply of contacts. Overall just didn’t feel good leaving there and walked home wearing super cheap sunglasses I had to hold to my face. I think having eyes dilated the way they did it is also very outdated. Was not a good experience here. Will look for a different place next time

The business was well established, and it had a very comfortable setting. Mrs.Raven the doctors assistant was very helpful. Also carefully explaining the process of the different eye tests that would be preformed. I felt relaxed and comfortable the whole time there. Dr. Willams was very professional and very observant when it came to my special needs. The experience was relieving. I would recommend this business to all of my colleagues.

Dr. Williams was absolutely wonderful to have seen. He did an awesome job at explaining everything I needed to know relating to things about my vision. He’s asked if I had questions and as asked a few. His responses were thorough and he made sure I understood all that he said. I look forward to returning to Katzen next year and would 100% like to see him again!!! Thank you Kayvan & Dr. Williams!!!

Clean, polite and efficient service. The fact that I was able to purchase glasses after the exam was the icing on top. Wide range of styles from simple to designer brands. Doctor Eric Williams had great bedside manners, the techs were great, front desk awesome and the female professional who fitted me for my glasses was attentive and extremely patient. Great experience!
