Austin Mowrey has excellent bedside manner and was very compassionate about my unique condition and limitations. He was very upfront about what he expects the future of my physical therapy care will look like. I am excited to work with him through my physical therapy journey!
The only downside I have to note is that Physical Therapy First evening appointments are limited due to the popularity of the time slot, but I believe that is a testament to how successful they are; and, I am very grateful that they have evenings as an option, which is very convenient for patients with chronic conditions that have to work. There is a reason the reviews are so overwhelming positive!

The therapists are awesome! Especially Grayland. (I think that's the correct spelling) He's attentive, thorough, kind, and has a great sense of humor. I'm an older woman and sometimes run into a condescending attitude with healthcare workers--but not with him. I broke both my ankles in a fall and have been dealing with some pain, and I enjoyed our conversations as much as my treatments. Also, I loved the follow-up emails with information about my issues.
