Wonderful staff all the way around the board. Everyone is hands on, accommodating and respectful. I would strongly recommend Baltimore Counseling Center services to anyone seeking any type of counseling assistance.

Janie is so chill and easy to talk to and is so kind! Vhey is amazing, she is so polite and is on top of everything, quickly too.

Jeff is soo easy to talk to. He listens, validates your feelings, asks all of the right questions, helped me navigate my heightened feelings & thoughts that tend to go on tangents, just scattered. From my 1st session, I walked away with hope, positivity & enlightenment that I haven’t had in a long time. One key thing mentioned in those early sessions is that I CAN create the family that I want. Recently though, I went through a breakdown, flooding with tears, because of a crossroads with my partner of over 10 years. Jeff was able to fit me into is calendar that same day & this session was over the phone, as opposed to in person. He really saved me! No one else could have consoled me the way he did in that debilitating moment. We reassessed my priorities & purpose, asking those right questions, truly giving me the epiphany that I have to be (and WANT to be) my best self as an individual in every sense first, regardless what is to come. Jeff has an incredible gift. I am soo thankful.

After being with the same psychiatrist for 10 years then retired the thought of finding a new one was not something I eas looking forward to ....but from making of the appointment to the visit (even though its all virtual) everything went smooth. Hopefully i can get back to feeling myself soon

Jeff is one of the best people to talk to. I was not given an intake form and boxed into several categories but was welcomed in with a simple discussion. I have healed through trauma in the past, been recommended great sources of knowledge in books, and felt heard through my journey. I believe that Jeff is the person to talk to when you're looking to discover yourself and heal.
