Great communication through text and email in regard to my appointment. Easy registration through app. Staff is friendly and pleasant. Dr. Drescher is the best; very caring, thorough, and concerned about my health. He answers all of my questions and doesn’t rush through. PA Diane Young was great but the practice overall is hugely difficult to communicate with. The bigger issue is that they double-billed me for a visit, charging me for a consultation with Dr Filderman even though I never booked/met/spoke with him (I know that a PA will commonly consult with a physician, but my understanding is that legally they cannot bill for two separate visits/services when only one took place, and certainly I never agreed to it). Their billing team refused to correct it, so now I will have to report this as fraudulent billing to my insurance provider and the state’s attorney. For less privileged patients it could be devastating to receive surprise bills; it’s unethical.
