The nurse-practitioner and the front-desk staff were all super nice people who showed they love what they do. The nurse-practitioner took great care of me, knew how to help me, and we were on our way home in less than 45 minutes.

Friendly, fast, and efficient care when you're not feeling like at your best. All of the staff are nice. I've always received knowledgeable providers every time I've had to visit. The facility is always clean. With a peaceful atmosphere. By far, my favorite Urgent Care facility.

A++++ service! I appreciate the pleasant attitudes of all the people that work there. This urgent care location always fits in my daughter and I when we are sick and can not get an appointment with our primary care physicians. I have to give a special thanks to the doctor that saw me when I came in this most recent time! She was sooooo helpful- almost like she was related to me.

I would NOT recommend. I live close by which is why I went but I would never go back. I made an appointment the day before and still waited two hours to be seen. I don’t think this was a triage issue as only one person was called back from the waiting room during that entire time. Finally the doctor saw me and told me to wait for my discharge papers. After a half hour of waiting I asked the front desk who told me to continue waiting. After 45 MORE minutes I asked again and was told by the front desk that the Dr. did in fact discharge me over an hour ago and forgot to tell me.

This was my first time visiting this location and they exceeded my expectations. We were walk-ins, so yes we did have to wait a bit. However, once we got to the back the woman who took our vitals and the doctor were both absolutely amazing. They treated me and my daughter both with care, respect and courtesy, considering the situation. They both were very pleasant, I did not feel rushed and they both made me and my daughter feel very comfortable. I would love to go into detail, but thank you both for the way you handled our visit! Best bedside manner I have received in a while!!!!
