Ben Garner and team are amazing at what they do. I finally decided to take the plunge on my first rental property in the Baltimore area, and I could say confidently that Ben knows the ins-and-outs of the region. We discussed if we would be appreciation or cash-flow specific and decided on a property that met my needs as a first-time investor. As we looked through properties, Ben was able to identify needs/pros/cons of each property with curated market analysis on the spot. Along with all of this intel, Ben made himself approachable and available for all important talks and decisions. I'm truly grateful to have met him and his team. This is definitely a people business, and Garner and Co. does not take that fact lightly. Looking forward to more deals with Ben in the near future!
