Tour was great, the house I seen was pretty cool for the initial rental price, that was first advertised. The agent I toured with was pretty helpful and informative about the application process. I’ll definitely keep an eye out for future listings of theirs. I also would like to add that I loved the business casual outfit that the agent I toured with wore, too. Very simple, very demure, and very professional.

I just want to thank the entire staff at PPM!! Specifically Lindsay, who showed me the property - Starr who was very helpful and communicative during the application process - Mrs. Dinkins who walked me through the paperwork signing process while explaining everything in it’s simplest form!!! Charles is a crook . He broke into my apartment and stolen my stuff. When you say something bad they claim they never saw your name before or you were mad about something . They were on belair rd and franklin street . CrooksHe once had the property where ouftur is and lost it years ago . Look at the reviews carefully . It usually says the person only made 1 or 2 reviews . The reviews where the reviewer has more than 5 review is legit .They will respond “im sorry i dont see your name in the system “ , “you didnt pay “ blah blah blah liesss .
