Tom and the Atwood team successfully sold the property I was trying to unload for quite some time. They were so responsive and so diligent with their marketing campaign. That was only a few years ago, but Tom checks in on me from time to time just to see if my real estate needs have been met, or if he may be of any further assistance. Tom, who was the primary on the selling of one of my properties I had listed for sale, as well as other members of the Atwood Team that I have personally met, is very professional and knowledgeable. I hired him after being extremely disappointed in the realtor from another non-Keller Williams Brokerage. Honestly, I am impressed with Keller Williams as a whole, who was and is representing my wife and I on properties abroad. I very seldom due survey 's or rate business, etc., but I was so impressed by Tom and his Team that not doing this now would not only be doing them a disservice, after a phenomenal performance, but would also bring doing everyone who wouldn't have read this a disservice as well.
