First, I want to talk about the excellent on-site staff at Celebree. It seems like every staff member is at least somewhat involved in the day to day for all children as the children and the teachers all know and welcomingly greet each other. This creates a great environment of trust and friendship throughout the building between these instructors and children. It was most obvious to me when my child aged out of 2’s and into the 3’s class, as she already knew the 3’s class staff and had no issues with fear or apprehension in her new room. My child also takes the time to go back to her old classes to say goodbye where she is quickly embraced by a staff member reciprocating that attention and joy. You may hear a bit about a high turnover rate, but honestly, that isn’t a major issue for me, as I’m sure people take this job without fully understanding how demanding it can be to provide attention, safety, and support to so many kids each day.
However, this place has been open for less than 18 months and is on its 3rd director with assistant directors leaving as well. A previous director mentioned that leadership and the owner do not support the director’s day to day operations. I can’t speak to whether that is true, however, I can speak to the difficulty of speaking to anyone outside the building. The first time I requested to speak to someone outside the building was due to my child being hit or bitten multiple times by the same student. For the record, I don’t care that she gets bitten or hit as they are toddlers and that will happen. There have been many instances where she is hurt by another student, we get told, and that’s the end of it. However, this was repeated by the same student and it wasn’t only my child who was affected. The director at the time asked me every other day if I had been contacted yet and would tell me she was going to send another reminder to the regional director. I waited almost a week for a call. I finally decided to reach out to the regional director myself rather than waiting on a call, which is when I finally began a conversation with them. Through multiple emails I got nothing but corporate speak and a promise to move my child, which I said wouldn’t fix the situation, but agreed to it as I was getting nowhere. Much to my surprise, three months later, my daughter was hit again by the same student, leaving her with a busted open inside lip.
After this incident, I requested to speak with the owner since the regional director I spoke with didn’t seem like she had resolved the situation. After almost two weeks of waiting (seven of those days being business days), I am still requesting to speak to the owner with just the regional director saying she’s giving him the message. This is unacceptable for anyone who wants to run a successful business, but it is especially so when you’re the owner of a daycare and a parent has a child safety issue.
If you’re curious about the differing reviews on Celebree, sort them by date and look at how 18 of their 22 positive reviews came out at the same time. That is because Celebree ran an event where if you gave a great review, the teacher could win something. They preyed on the good will of parents to raise their score which I believe was less than three stars with multiple reviews. Two other positive reviews aren’t even from individuals that have children at Celebree.
Why haven’t I pulled my kid from Celebree? Because like I said, the day-to-day staff are excellent, my child has made a great number of friends, and she honestly seems to be learning. But if you have to deal with management for any issue, you’re going to be out of luck.

The staff that is currently there is amazing! My son had great teachers as well as upper staff Ms. Tamika and Ms. Patrica. Any concerns I’ve ever had they have always been willing to help! Without making it seem it could be an issue! My son loves it there! I love it there as well. Very clean and well kept. They also have all doors secured no one can just enter and children can’t leave out! Which I love. Everytime I’m there it’s always positive energy and positive feed back! My child had a small issue and they were very excepting of it to all pitch in and help without judging! I highly recommend!

I was a parent and employee when first opened. My son had a behavior chart on his first week, he was not treated the same. Eventually my son got put out for not being a “regular” kid he didn’t cause any harm to anyone. They never gave me all my money back from switching to vouchers. As a teacher they care way more about the money than the kids. Last but not least the admin will tell all your business if you are getting a divorce everyone will know, if your not paying on time teachers will know. I had to walk out and quiet on them for my sanity. Don’t let the reviews fool you they ask people to leave a good review.

My son attended Celebree for almost a year and it was definitely the best decision we could've made for him. The staff was very helpful from the beginning with helping to settle the first week/month transition period for our son, who was home until he was almost 3. They offered advice for drop offs, and being able to view his class on the cameras eased our minds. Through out his time at the center, we saw tremendous growth in his social skills and educational abilities. Mrs. Deborah, Ms. Zaire, and Ms. Darlene exhibited such patience and love for all of the children in their classes. We were so pleased with his care, the daily reminders and the staff of this center! We miss you all!❤️

As a parent of a child currently enrolled at this center, I do NOT recommend this daycare. Since it opened in May 2023, it has been fraught with poor communication/misinformation, high teacher and administrative turnover and fluctuating tuition increases that are ridiculous and unfair. While I have always loved the teachers, they also leave due to low wages and discontent. In less than 18 months, this center has had 3 directors and 2 regional directors. The lack of consistency at the top further exacerbates the miscommunication/misinformation relayed to parents. The owner seems to be MIA, even when specifically requested to be spoken to, and Celebree Corporate seems to take a "hands off" approach when issues arise, so they are never truly solved.
The final straw for me was the last tuition increase in September 2024. In August, all parents received notification that their tuition would increase by 3%. This was too much for some parents, so they left. I should have followed suit. It turns out, due to the ineptitude (and likely greed) of the owner and Celebree Corporate, several families tuition actually went up by 6% (or $30 for me). This was egregious and fraudulent. When brought to the attention of Celebree Canton, Jason (the owner) never responded and the Regional Director feigned ignorance because she wasn't with the company when some policy decision (that was never articulated to the parents) was made back in September 2023. Again, due to greed, the owner is now trying to recoup money by forcing everyone to the higher rates. This is bad business all the way around, but especially when Celebree, in writing, told everyone their tuition was only going up by 3%. Celebree's solution was to only charge the 3% increase for the month of September, but then charging the 6% increase again starting in October. This makes absolutely no sense and, essentially, allows Celebree to not honor the tuition increase it stipulated in August. Even after Celebree proposed this as a solution, it kept charging me the 6% increase. Again, very fraudulent business practices which I will also be reporting to the appropriate state agencies/officials.
Making it worse, Celebree requires ACH withdrawal. They will not allow you to pay in cash or check. Therefore, they can take whatever amount of money out of your account, and you are forced to contest it after the fact. At which point, everyone becomes non-responsive. So, you never actually get your money back.
Since I joined Celebree, it has been one headache or hassle after the other. SPARE YOURSELF! Find another center for less money! I am on a few waiting lists and once a spot opens up, I am leaving Celebree!
