My son has been with this care provider since March and I am absolutely thrilled by his growth. My son is an only child so it was important to me he get socialized and of course me get to work without having to keep and eye out for him. He is only with them 2 days a weeks and the learning and social skills he brings home surpass my expectations. He comes in puts his shoes on the wrack his manners are lovely, I can really see him get more confident in his personality and speech. At first he fussed a lot when I dropped him off but he was always happy by pick up time and now he is sooo excited to go to school.
I would say the approach with the children is gentle but practical. You can tell the children have a really nice bond but also respect the staff working there and the children soak it up. The staff also have small differences that add to this it takes a village energy which is beautiful for that development of social skills.
Overall I went from nervous kind of hovering mommy of 1 to confident and ready and excited to have him there full-time. Can’t wait to see what more time will offer my baby!

We love Kids Edu Caring Place They truly are a family, and they love and care for our kids like their own The staff is very professional and nice they take great care of the kids they have excellent patience for all types of kids who come to the center. The Director is Great she handles her business great and it shows through the staff and the children they put their all into the team. they have a mobile app where they post what our kids are doing throughout the day, meals, diaper/bathroom, and share pictures. They collaborate and plan fun and educational activities with other local businesses, such as yoga and water day I saw nearly immediate developmental progress once my son started in a structured daycare setting

I absolutely love love love kids edu caring place! And we are picky about who watches our baby. It took us over a year to find a daycare and let me tell you this place is definitely heaven sent ! There are so many good things to share I don’t even know where to start.. Mrs Ken and all the teachers are so kind, patient and knowledgeable about how to care for young children. They are super organized.. You are able to view a daily log in which they record when and what your baby eats, nap times, and when they’re changed. They feed your baby healthy home cooked meals! They have dance/exercise, art classes overtop of a school based educational program. They even have special events where your baby is exposed to so many wonderful things. They take the time to give each child a birthday party. Once you see for yourself you’ll feel so blessed to have come across a daycare such as this!

Customer Reviews
First, I want to talk about the excellent on-site staff at Celebree. It seems like every staff member is at least somewhat involved in the day to day for all children as the children and the teachers all know and welcomingly greet each other. This creates a great environment of trust and friendship throughout the building between these instructors and children. It was most obvious to me when my child aged out of 2’s and into the 3’s class, as she already knew the 3’s class staff and had no issues with fear or apprehension in her new room. My child also takes the time to go back to her old classes to say goodbye where she is quickly embraced by a staff member reciprocating that attention and joy. You may hear a bit about a high turnover rate, but honestly, that isn’t a major issue for me, as I’m sure people take this job without fully understanding how demanding it can be to provide attention, safety, and support to so many kids each day.
However, this place has been open for less than 18 months and is on its 3rd director with assistant directors leaving as well. A previous director mentioned that leadership and the owner do not support the director’s day to day operations. I can’t speak to whether that is true, however, I can speak to the difficulty of speaking to anyone outside the building. The first time I requested to speak to someone outside the building was due to my child being hit or bitten multiple times by the same student. For the record, I don’t care that she gets bitten or hit as they are toddlers and that will happen. There have been many instances where she is hurt by another student, we get told, and that’s the end of it. However, this was repeated by the same student and it wasn’t only my child who was affected. The director at the time asked me every other day if I had been contacted yet and would tell me she was going to send another reminder to the regional director. I waited almost a week for a call. I finally decided to reach out to the regional director myself rather than waiting on a call, which is when I finally began a conversation with them. Through multiple emails I got nothing but corporate speak and a promise to move my child, which I said wouldn’t fix the situation, but agreed to it as I was getting nowhere. Much to my surprise, three months later, my daughter was hit again by the same student, leaving her with a busted open inside lip.
After this incident, I requested to speak with the owner since the regional director I spoke with didn’t seem like she had resolved the situation. After almost two weeks of waiting (seven of those days being business days), I am still requesting to speak to the owner with just the regional director saying she’s giving him the message. This is unacceptable for anyone who wants to run a successful business, but it is especially so when you’re the owner of a daycare and a parent has a child safety issue.
If you’re curious about the differing reviews on Celebree, sort them by date and look at how 18 of their 22 positive reviews came out at the same time. That is because Celebree ran an event where if you gave a great review, the teacher could win something. They preyed on the good will of parents to raise their score which I believe was less than three stars with multiple reviews. Two other positive reviews aren’t even from individuals that have children at Celebree.
Why haven’t I pulled my kid from Celebree? Because like I said, the day-to-day staff are excellent, my child has made a great number of friends, and she honestly seems to be learning. But if you have to deal with management for any issue, you’re going to be out of luck.

The staff that is currently there is amazing! My son had great teachers as well as upper staff Ms. Tamika and Ms. Patrica. Any concerns I’ve ever had they have always been willing to help! Without making it seem it could be an issue! My son loves it there! I love it there as well. Very clean and well kept. They also have all doors secured no one can just enter and children can’t leave out! Which I love. Everytime I’m there it’s always positive energy and positive feed back! My child had a small issue and they were very excepting of it to all pitch in and help without judging! I highly recommend!

I was a parent and employee when first opened. My son had a behavior chart on his first week, he was not treated the same. Eventually my son got put out for not being a “regular” kid he didn’t cause any harm to anyone. They never gave me all my money back from switching to vouchers. As a teacher they care way more about the money than the kids. Last but not least the admin will tell all your business if you are getting a divorce everyone will know, if your not paying on time teachers will know. I had to walk out and quiet on them for my sanity. Don’t let the reviews fool you they ask people to leave a good review.

My son attended Celebree for almost a year and it was definitely the best decision we could’ve made for him. The staff was very helpful from the beginning with helping to settle the first week/month transition period for our son, who was home until he was almost 3. They offered advice for drop offs, and being able to view his class on the cameras eased our minds. Through out his time at the center, we saw tremendous growth in his social skills and educational abilities. Mrs. Deborah, Ms. Zaire, and Ms. Darlene exhibited such patience and love for all of the children in their classes. We were so pleased with his care, the daily reminders and the staff of this center! We miss you all!❤️

As a parent of a child currently enrolled at this center, I do NOT recommend this daycare. Since it opened in May 2023, it has been fraught with poor communication/misinformation, high teacher and administrative turnover and fluctuating tuition increases that are ridiculous and unfair. While I have always loved the teachers, they also leave due to low wages and discontent. In less than 18 months, this center has had 3 directors and 2 regional directors. The lack of consistency at the top further exacerbates the miscommunication/misinformation relayed to parents. The owner seems to be MIA, even when specifically requested to be spoken to, and Celebree Corporate seems to take a “hands off” approach when issues arise, so they are never truly solved.
The final straw for me was the last tuition increase in September 2024. In August, all parents received notification that their tuition would increase by 3%. This was too much for some parents, so they left. I should have followed suit. It turns out, due to the ineptitude (and likely greed) of the owner and Celebree Corporate, several families tuition actually went up by 6% (or $30 for me). This was egregious and fraudulent. When brought to the attention of Celebree Canton, Jason (the owner) never responded and the Regional Director feigned ignorance because she wasn’t with the company when some policy decision (that was never articulated to the parents) was made back in September 2023. Again, due to greed, the owner is now trying to recoup money by forcing everyone to the higher rates. This is bad business all the way around, but especially when Celebree, in writing, told everyone their tuition was only going up by 3%. Celebree’s solution was to only charge the 3% increase for the month of September, but then charging the 6% increase again starting in October. This makes absolutely no sense and, essentially, allows Celebree to not honor the tuition increase it stipulated in August. Even after Celebree proposed this as a solution, it kept charging me the 6% increase. Again, very fraudulent business practices which I will also be reporting to the appropriate state agencies/officials.
Making it worse, Celebree requires ACH withdrawal. They will not allow you to pay in cash or check. Therefore, they can take whatever amount of money out of your account, and you are forced to contest it after the fact. At which point, everyone becomes non-responsive. So, you never actually get your money back.
Since I joined Celebree, it has been one headache or hassle after the other. SPARE YOURSELF! Find another center for less money! I am on a few waiting lists and once a spot opens up, I am leaving Celebree!

When I say this woman has helped me more than my own family has I mean it! Most daycare providers won’t do as much as she does so I appreciate her for everything ! Her and her assistant do so much with the kids and accommodate them based on their needs. And it’s NEVER an issue to make changes out the blue (not saying you should always do this though) I cannot extend my gratitude to them enough. My kid is safe and happy and that’s all I care about. You will never have an issue with your kids staying here.

My son is fairly new to Insight Kidz Care but so far our experience has been great. I can’t be there so I reply heavily on his feedback! He always says great things and that he enjoyed his day! They do a lot of activities with the children which we both love and I appreciate the ladies for taking such great care of him! I would highly recommend! ❤️

My niece hack been going here since she was a baby. She is 6 years old now. Erisse and Jessica have prepared my niece to be successful in school and have always treated her with so much love and care. As they do for all the kids the take care of.
Tempris Tennille

I’ve known Jessica for years now and she has extensive experience with kids going all the way back to when she used to work in he neonatal unit at the hospital. Jessica loves each child as if they were her own and always puts children before herself. She also is an upstanding member of the community and passes her high moral standards to each child in her care.

Insight Kidz Care is a warm, kid friendly environment. My grandson visited from out of town and Jessica was able to accommodate me while he was here. He always asks me about her. Jessica is really great with kids.

I highly recommend this center. I enrolled my daughter at two years old. Which was right after the pandemic. She was slow with her speech, only saying a couple words here and there. Her dad and I were very concerned since we have older children that we didn’t have this issue with. Mrs house and her staff are amazing. She reassured me that each child has their own learning curve and that my daughter would be just fine. After three years in the center, my child has learned so much, and her speech has improved tremendously. They also taught her Spanish. I’m happy to say she is school ready for kindergarten. We are going to miss all of the staff and teachers so very much. I will be sending my child back in the summer. Don’t hesitate to ask them questions or concerns for your child and they will put your mind at ease. ❤️

My daughter has been attending Family Rainbow Learning Center for 3 years. Mrs House and her staff are excellent providers with a wealth of knowledge. Mrs House provides a very clean, safe, and loving environment that is conducive to your child’s learning and growing experience. She challenges her students and parents to reach their maximum potential while encouraging students to think outside the box to prepare them for their future endeavors! She goes out of her way to make sure her children and parents are comfortable, informed, and safe. She and her staff have especially been understanding and helpful during the pandemic. She is amazing and patient with the students while assisting them with virtual learning! She has truly been a blessing to my family! I highly recommend her loving establishment!

Family Rainbow is an exceptional childcare center with knowledgeable staff that are both caring and friendly. The environment is fun, clean, and safe. It’s a comforting feeling to be able to leave your baby in such good hands. I’m blessed for my daughter to go there.

My daughter has been attending this daycare for going on 3 years. The best daycare ever!, I absolutely love the cleanliness and the clear communication. I love the fact my child is being taught school work instead of being babysat. The love and care the staff have for the children is genuine they treat the children like their family. Most important the safety of the children’s wellbeing is their number one priority! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DAYCARE!!!!

My daughter has been attending Family Rainbow learning center for 3 years now. She has learned so much. Recently she was tested for Arlington Baptist school and she exceeded our expectations. She only 5 and tested on a 8 year old level.
The staff has been nothing but great. Great communication, great with the children and overall a joy to be around. My daughter loves Miss Destiny.
Mrs. House and her daughter Niasia run both centers and have been there at 5am even in the snow. They have been so accommodating especially with my daughters father and I both being first responders. They have helped us during all times of the day and night.
I highly recommend send your child here!

My son absolutely loves this center! My husband and I love the school atmosphere. The teachers are very communicative. The facility is so clean!! The level of professionalism at this center is outstanding! We are so glad we found this place!
Nicole Franklin

Dear, My Village Learning Center,
I am writing to inform you that my son, Liam , will no longer be attending My Village Learning Center, effective immediately. This decision comes as a result of an incident that occurred on [June 3,2024] and the subsequent handling of the situation by the daycare staff. On the aforementioned date, I arrived at the daycare around 5:45 PM to pick up my son. Upon my arrival, I noticed he was visibly upset. When I inquired about his distress, I was told by my son that another child had hit him. While an employee began to explain what had transpired, the owner of the daycare interrupted and instructed the employee to remain silent.I found the owner’s actions to be highly inappropriate and dismissive of my legitimate concerns as a parent. As a parent, my priority is the safety and well-being of my child, and it is essential that any incidents involving my son are communicated to me transparently and honestly. The owner’s refusal to allow the employee to provide a clear explanation of the incident and her insistence on maintaining silence were unacceptable and demonstrated a lack of regard for my concerns and my son’s well-being.Furthermore, the owner’s remark that she does not have children and therefore cannot understand my feelings as a parent was both irrelevant and insensitive. It is crucial for daycare providers to empathize with parents and prioritize the safety and emotional health of the children in their care, regardless of their personal circumstances.Given these circumstances, I have lost confidence in My Village Learning Center ability to provide a safe and nurturing environment for my son. Therefore, I have decided that it is in my son’s best interest to withdraw him from your program.I request that any remaining balance on our account be refunded and that you provide me with a copy of my son’s records for my files. I would appreciate confirmation of receipt of this letter and the processing of these requests at your earliest convenience.Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Sincerely, Joey Sr

As a single mother of 4 children I 100% recommend My Village Learning Center. All of my children have attended My Village Learning Center and my oldest is 16. My Village is such a special place for children. For me I’ve always looked for a place to send my children where they would not only learn but also be celebrated for there individuality. MVLC is like a second home. It’s the one place that when my children are there I have no worries. And that says a lot because I’m very picky when it comes to who is caring for my child. All the staff are friendly and very professional. It’s a safe place for your child to learn, grow, socialize and adapt. It seriously was the best decision I ever made.

My daughter started at My Village Learning Center in 2022. I wanted more structure for her learning environment. I most say the ladies at My Village Learning Center are great. The Teachers and the Directors. Getting my daughter started I talked with Ms Tasha(co-Director) over the phone. She let me know they was currently going through renovation but she showed me around the school through a video conference. She was very polite and answered all my questions. She sent me everything I need to get my daughter started for the Fall. School started and I loved that the kids have to wear uniforms. Ms Danielle(teacher), Ms Tia (owner), Everyone help with potty training which is a bonus for me. They communicate very well and in advance for field trips, events and things they need. They have themed events for the holidays with the kids. Those ladies are doing a great job with was these kids and you can truly tell they care. My daughter loves playing with her friends at school and I can definitely see the difference they have made.
My Village one of the best decisions.

My Village Learning Center is the ONLY center i trusted with my children for 9+ years. My oldest son went there from 6 weeks old with Special needs. He was on the feeding tube and had to get special services, Mrs. Gardner allowed him to complete his therapy services there without any problems. I felt very comfortable leaving my son in the hands of the staff at My Village. I’ve never had any issues. They took care of both of my sons over the years. Everyone that works there seems to really care about the children and is family oriented, they go above and beyond for your needs. The prices are very reasonable at My Village and the hours work with m my schedule. I recommend My Village to anyone! The best part about it that my children love it !

Mrs. Cee has been amazing for my daughter. I was so nervous to put her in daycare and Mrs. Cee made the transition so easy and comfortable for me and my daughter. It has been 4 months and my daughter is almost potty trained, way more social, and runs to get inside the door when I drop her off in the morning. She is always excited to start her day. Truly a blessing finding Mrs. Cee.
Shantel JAckson

My daughter started in April &has been there ever since! From the first week there we noticed improvements! Ms. Cee is the best! She helped with potty training & got my daughter trained in 2 weeks! She calls it school & is excited to go everyday! Couldn’t have chosen a better daycare for her!
McKenzie-Rose Cheeks

I have had the opportunity to use this Daycare for the last few years. I can honestly say that my child, mom and me were made to feel like family once our application was accepted by Miss Cee. She is very open and honest about her program and the services she provides. A very personable and caring professional. I can say that once my daughter began pre K she was well prepared and adjusted well. I recommend her to all who are fortunate enough to get a slot in her establishment.

These excellent reviews are telling the truth. Ms. Cee and Mr. Forrest are clean and professional, with all the warmth and dedication of loving grandparents. Ms. Cee was patient with our endless questions, offering a full scope of her philosophy and program to help calm our concerns.
Our little ones have been thriving. It’s a joy to ask them how their day was and see their little faces light up with excitement. It’s truly a blessing that both our children are able to attend.

My son goes here when visiting with his father . I got to come up this week and see how things were going & I must say I was highly impressed . Our son has been attending for a little over a month now and I have noticed a HUGE INCREASE in vocabulary . He comes home saying new words / sentences DAILY . which we sincerely thank his teacher Mrs.cookie for that . These ladies are not only exceptionally wonderful , but very patient as well . No matter what your child’s personality type may be , as a team they are definitely professionally equipped to handle the situation. Our son is not a morning person and thus , mornings can be rough . Mrs.Johnson is so patient and pleasant she has a way of calming us BOTH in the mornings lol , and then he’s fine for the duration of the day. Our son is also a very picky eater and they have done a wonderful job of accommodating to that. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a daycare of professional quality !! These ladies and this place is nothing short of spectacular !! It’s so much more than a daycare because your child truly does learn while there .

My daughter started this center in October 2018. I was very very nervous because she had only been at in home child care since the age of 1. I drove by it for years and decided that it was time to take my kid to the next level so that she could be around kids her own age and improve on her speech. I have not regretted the decision! The first week was rough and I cried at drop off with her but that changed quickly! Ms. Johnson the director, is a gem! She handles her business, she knows the kids by name and she’s very involved. My daughter LOVES it here and her teacher Ms. Kia! I’m glad I made the switch!!

The sky is the limit and his teacher family set the foundation!!! I recommend New Rogers Avenue to any and everyone. They are a part of my family for life!!!

My son has only been here for a short period of time and he’s already speaking whole complete sentences and singing songs in Spanish and fully potty trained .I couldn’t be happier with how he’s grasping the knowledge being taught to him. This place is awesome!

I contacted this place for availability and although their classroom is filled at this time for my child age group Mrs. Johnson pleasant voice and professionalism was impeccable and left a great impression. The greeter that answered the phone tone was also very warm and inviting before I was transferred to Mrs. Johnson. The empathy and information given was also uplifting! Great Job ladies! I recommend this place!

My 5 year old has been at the E. 43rd location since this past school year attending aftercare, and now he is in the summer camp. I must say, he LOVES it here. He gets up excited everyday to go. Ms. Yvette is great with the kids coming through the door every morning ALL staff greets us with smiles. I love that they are very festive and active with the children. Any questions or concerns I had were always answered. The days when school closed early they still provided transportation for my son to after care while I still had to work. I would definitely recommend this center ☺️

This facility has been a HUGEEEE blessing to me and my little one! We started here during the middle of the pandemic (which was a very anxiety provoking time) however the staff here made the experience so pleasant. The team collaborated together well to ensure the facility was clean everyday for the little ones!!! Despite undergoing a hectic time, the staff remained friendly, patient and loving towards me and my child! I am really sad we have to transition but I will never forget each staff person I encountered while my child attended here! I also love how much effort Mrs. Angela takes into ensuring the proper services are in place to meet your child’s needs. You will not be disappointed if you send your child here for preschool! The teachers and staff begin to feel more like family!

My daughter went from her grandmother’s care (as an infant), to a live -in nanny (1 years old), to Kidz Stuff a few months later and I am genuinely pleased with my decision. We are new to the area and I wanted to make a good decision for our family. The center is really diverse which was a must for me so that my daughter can be well-rounded. I love her teachers; Ms. Chrae and Ms. Qeyera show my daughter the best care and attention. They are a breath of fresh air. The transition has been smooth and so relieving. My daughter is also a pescatarian and the center accommodates her dietary restrictions with ease! They inform me of everything going on whether big or small. I love it here.

Excellent childcare provider. The staff is kind and caring and teachers follow a curriculum even for infants and toddlers. Kids have lots of outdoor play time and there is low staff turnover as well. My daughter has gone here for 2.5 years and we don’t plan on leaving!

Touched by Angels ECEC is the absolute best. My children have been enrolled for the last 5 1/2 years and I wouldn’t change a thing. The Director and the staff are very attentive to the needs of each and every child there. I love that the staff has been so caring and nurturing consistently since the start. The Director and staff treat the children and their family as their vey own. This is not just daycare it is actually childcare and education everyday, prior to Covid 19 the children had weekly outings in the community and field trips that were age appropriate. I love the center Directors interaction with the parents including the Brightwheel, games and contest. The holidays and birthdays are super special everyone here as well. I was a wreck when my children first started because of a bad experience at another facility but Touched by Angels quickly changed that and made me feel so comfortable with leaving my children with them. I highly recommend this center to anyone seeking quality childcare with loving, caring staff and an awesome director.

Ms Ashley’s pleasant disposition was what let you to get childcare. She was always pleasant and welcoming. Ms Ashley has provided care for my son since he was 6 months old. During this period and beyond we were treated like family.Once my son was a able to speak, he would count 1 through 10 something I cannot take credit for- Ms Ashley’s handy work. Not only did she educate my son on numbers, he also mastered colors letters and shapes. Allowing almost family childcare to mould my child’s mind was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I love me some Almost Family Child Care! My son was a COVID baby, so he’d never been in the care of anyone that wasn’t family. He started with Ms. Ashley right before his 3rd birthday and has been there for almost a year now. The transition from home to daycare or “school” as he calls it couldn’t have went smoother. I appreciate the care and attention that Ms. Ashley provides. Her communication is A+! From the many activities, field trips and even holiday photo shoots, I couldn’t have chosen a better option. In such a short time, I witnessed my baby turn into a social butterfly and every day he can’t wait to tell me all about his day with all of his friends. We love Ms. Ashley and staff!
Alyssa Kapri

My son and I love Ms. Ashley. She cares for all of the children as if they are her own. She teaches them their colors, shapes, and so much more. Ms. Ashley also is currently helping with potty training my little one which has been a challenge but she’s been helping every step of the way. She’s taking the children on field trips to explore different things and my son is excited to attend everyday. It’s going to be so hard to leave her when my son starts school. I wish he could stay with her forever. Thank you for everything Ms. Ashley!

It's essential to review the fees and any additional costs such as registration, supplies, or meals when evaluating options.
How do I choose the right daycare center for my child?
Choosing the right daycare center involves several factors, including location, staff qualifications, curriculum, and facilities. Parents should consider visiting multiple centers, observing interactions between staff and children, and asking about programs and activities. It's also crucial to trust your instincts and ensure that the atmosphere feels welcoming for both you and your child.
What are the staff-to-child ratios in daycare centers?

For example, infants (under 12 months) typically have a ratio of 1 caregiver for every 3-4 children, while toddlers (1-2 years) can have 1 caregiver for every 5 children. How do daycare centers support children’s development?
Many daycare centers in Baltimore focus on supporting children's overall development through structured activities that promote physical, emotional, and social skills. What should I bring on my child's first day at daycare?
On the first day at daycare, parents should be prepared with several essential items for their child. This includes a change of clothes, diapers or pull-ups (if applicable), a comfort item such as a stuffed animal or blanket, and any necessary medications. Additionally, parents should check with the daycare about specific requirements or regulations regarding items that are allowed.
How can parents stay involved in their child’s daycare experience?
Staying involved in your child’s daycare experience can significantly enhance their development and adjustment. Parents are encouraged to participate in parent-teacher meetings, volunteer for special events, and maintain open communication with the staff. Regular updates from caregivers can help parents understand their child’s progress and address any emerging concerns.
What happens if my child is sick and cannot attend daycare?
If your child is sick and cannot attend daycare, it’s important to notify the center according to their policies. Most centers require a child to be free of fever or contagious illnesses for a specific period before returning. Parents should know the center's illness policy and prepare for any required doctor's notes or documentation to ensure a smooth transition back when the child is well.
