from the BWI banners to its fine location in baltimore, it is clear who RUNS THIS TOWN. Students & staff were friendly & pointed me around campus. If you are in-state, you are fool for not applying here. Out of state, students should also give it a run. Cost of living in baltimore is low & you get access to DC, which is a MECCA for young black professionals . . . . . . . . they have a big development with BARNES & NOBLE on the way see my photos from 10/2020
